18 Heavy Duty Cane Bolt for Wood Fence, Steel Drop Bolts for Gates - Black Finish

Included in the package are: 1 Heavy-Duty Drop Rod, 2 Heavy-Duty Drop Rod Brackets, and 10 1-1/8" Self-Drilling Phillips Combo Screws. These items are used to lock gates or hold gates in the open position. The non-removable bolt has a gravity action with a maximum throw of 7-1/4", making it easy to install on gates with upright dimensions of 1" or larger.

Crafted from sturdy premium steel, the Black Drop Cane Bolt is powder coated with a black finish to prevent oxidation and ensure longevity when used outdoors. By attaching directly to the gate frame, it helps prevent dragging and provides stability.

The lockable design of the gate drop rod is ideal for securing single or double doors and gates in either the open or closed position. The bolt can be locked in the raised/open position using a 1/4" lock hole, making it suitable for wood gates, metal gates, iron gates, vinyl gates, and more.

Installation is a breeze with the included installation instructions and mounting screws. Simply fix the two brackets to the gate fence sides using the 10 self-tapping screws provided. The fence drop pin is designed for vertical or horizontal applications.
