The round hinge is adjustable and clamps securely onto the outside of a round 4" outside diameter post. It has an adjustable gap variance that allows for mounting in a 2.7" to 3.2" opening. Additionally, the unique bushing design ensures near frictionless movement without the need for maintenance. The 180 degree rotation design allows for both push to open and pull to open gate installation.

This heavy duty industrial hinge boasts a length of 7 1/2” (190mm) and a thickness plate of 15/64" (6mm) with a sealed bearing inside. Each pair of hinges can support up to 1100lbs for driveway and security swing gates. Its universal design allows for a 180 degree swing, making it suitable for various types of round posts or gate frames made of plastic, vinyl, aluminum, steel, iron, and wood – particularly metal gates.
