Offset Thumbturn Latch: If the lower latch slot is where your thumb latch passes through, look on the back of the inside handle. This is exactly what you're looking for.

Non-Handed Installation: Heavy duty 8-1/2 inch long x 1 inch wide mounting plates with 3-15/16 inch mounting hole centers will conceal existing screw holes on your doors.
